The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating after a Frontier Airlines plane struck and killed a person on the runway during takeoff at Denver International Airport. On Friday, Fourth District Judge Tony Graf issued two rulings in Robinson’s capital murder case, approving a request to delay the preliminary hearing that had been set to begin in less than two weeks, while also allowing continued electronic media coverage inside the courtroom. 23-year-old Robinson is accused of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025. He has been charged with capital murder and could face the death penalty if convicted.
