Thousands of students across the nation walked-out of their classrooms yesterday to protest gun violence.

But, in several cases, the protesters themselves turned violent.

In Stockton, California students were arrested after jumping the school fence and throwing rocks and damaging vehicles.

The Hill reports high school students in Tennessee reportedly jumped on a police car and tore down an American flag during what was supposed to be a peaceful protest for gun control.

And the sister of convicted church shooter Dylan Roof was arrested after she showed up for her school protest with marijuana, pepper spray, and a knife.

Eighteen-year-old Morgan Roof is free on bond after she was arrested at her school in Columbia yesterday.
