ormer Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is now trying to explain “What Happened” in her not winning the 2016 election to audiences in other countries.

During a talk at the India Today Conclave, Clinton dismissed voters in America's Heartland saying the states that didn't vote for her are "backwards” and bragged that she won the coasts and places that are "moving forward."

During her talk to the audience in India, Clinton said, “I won the places that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward.”

She added Trump’s whole campaign was “looking backwards.”

Clinton went on to suggest that those who voted for Trump are racist, sexist, poor, or had other “problems.”
