En San José, Costa Rica, el 26 de diciembre de 1975, nace Alex Rodríguez, quien vivió y creció en la Provincia de Puntarenas, a las orillas del Océano Pacífico. A la corta edad de los seis años, fue el primero de su familia en recibir a Cristo, pero desde su nacimiento fue dedicado y entregado a Dios. Incluso desde su niñez fue aprendiendo lo que era la evangelización por medio de un grupo musical. Así fue como en él se creó la pasión por el servicio a Dios usando el don que él le había dado: La Música. Y llegó a participar en distintos festivales de la canción a nivel secular con canciones cristianas. "Es necesario que el mundo secular se de cuenta que en la música cristiana tenemos calidad y que nuestro mensaje es diferente", opinaba Alex.
